Welcome to Salad River. Salad River is an online platform where I sell my original artworks, prints, and creative products. By using www.saladriver.com (“the Site”) and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Salad River is operated solely by me, the artist.
All artworks, descriptions, and content on this Site are created, owned, and managed by me.

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
2. Artwork & Product Information

  • Every piece listed is created by me and, where stated, is one-of-a-kind.
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • Sizes, materials, and details are provided as accurately as possible.
  • Some works may sell out without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in AUD.
Prices may change at any time without notice.

You are responsible for any customs, duties, or international import fees if ordering from outside Australia.
4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • The information provided is accurate
  • You are authorised to use the payment method chosen

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of:
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Inventory errors
  • Violation of these Terms

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is handled directly by me using standard trusted carriers.
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only; delays may occur.
  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the carrier.
  • Ensure your delivery address is correct — I can’t replace orders that are delivered to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos so I can assist.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because I sell original artwork and small-batch items:
All sales are final.

I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Copyright & Use of Artwork

All artworks, images, text, and materials on Salad River remain my intellectual property, even after purchase.

You may not:
  • Reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork
  • Create merchandise or prints from my work
  • Use the images or artworks for promotional or commercial purposes without permission

You may:
  • Display purchased artwork in your home or private space
  • Share photos of the work on social media with credit (optional but appreciated)

Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright.

I respect your privacy.
Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, shipping address) is used solely for:

  • Processing your order
  • Communicating with you

9. Limitation of Liability
